Provisional licence holders are required to work under direct supervision of a full licence holder.

Changes proposed to the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007
The Regulatory Systems (Immigration and Workforce) Amendment Bill, which will make changes to the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, was returned to the House before Christmas and is awaiting its second reading in Parliament.
