Changes to the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007 now in force
The changes to the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007 (the Act) announced on 27 March 2005, are now in force.
The Regulatory Systems (Immigration and Workforce) Amendment Bill received Royal assent on 29 March 2025. The proposed changes came into force 30 March 2025.
