Forms

Form 101A outlines the details of a supervision arrangement, and is required for submission as part of an initial licence application. It must also be submitted as part of a request to change a supervisor, or amend a supervision arrangement.

Form 301A confirms that a supervision arrangement is in place for the purpose of inspection. It must be submitted as part of a renewal application, or reapplication, if you have been selected for inspection.

Form 401A is a notice of application for a New Zealand immigration adviser licence under section 19 of the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997 (TTMRA). It must be submitted as part of a licence application under the TTMRA.

Form 501 is an application to recognise the provision of immigration adviser services on a not-for-profit basis. It must be submitted to and assessed by the IAA before submitting a licence application.
