Application progress and history
You can use the IAA online portal to see the status of your application and to view your past applications.
Your current applications will appear on the dashboard under either the “Things in Progress” tab or the “Things to Do” tab.
An application could appear under the “Things in Progress” tab because:
- It is in draft and has not been submitted. You can continue your application at any time before it expires.
- It has been submitted and is under assessment (in review).
Warning
Applications left in draft will automatically expire after 30 days, and are deleted from the IAA online portal.
An application could appear under the “Things in Do” tab because:
- The assessor has determined that you need to provide additional information or documents. You can make the necessary changes to your application through the IAA online portal.
- Your application has been approved in principle; you need to pay the immigration adviser levy to complete your application.
You can view your past applications, including supporting documents, from the “Filings” tab of your portfolio.
