Invoicing and levy payment
When you've lodged an application you can get a copy of your invoice and receipt and make levy payments online.
To get an invoice and receipt for a fee or levy payment, log in to the portal and go to Invoicing and levy payment. Click on the download link to get a PDF copy of your invoice and receipt. If the fee and levy were paid at different times, there will be two invoice and receipt documents.
You can login to the IAA online portal to pay a levy when due. When you pay your levy online, the system automatically updates the register of licensed immigration advisers and sends you an updated licence pack and wallet card.
