Client Survey Reminder
You will have received an email with a link to our client survey especially for Licensed Immigration Advisers. We run this survey every two years and really value the feedback you provide us through this.

For those who haven’t, we encourage you to take some time to provide your feedback and thoughts. We want to hear about your experiences with the licensing process, our service centre, and the information we provide to you to help you carry out your role. Your responses will help us understand what is working well and what we can do better to support LIAs like yourself.
The survey will be open until 11.45pm on October 15 2023 for you to complete. It should take you less than 10 minutes to complete.
Your participation is voluntary, and your feedback will be completely anonymous. Your responses will be combined with others so that you will not be personally identifiable when we report on the survey results.
